We are seekers of new adventure. We participate in the sport of everything outdoors. We believe traditions are never to be broken -- like a fine whiskey should never be saved for later. What are you waiting for? We lust for Mother Nature, and consider ourselves advocates of good taste.

We believe there is an American heritage that needs to be regained, and most importantly: we believe in the GOOD that comes from American Made. By working together (this includes YOU), we will revitalize this lost heritage and regain authenticity. And through this, play our part in the resurgence of American manufacturing.

We work with a cooperative of vendors to supply a collection of products, all Made in USA. And we wouldn't have it any other way. That's why we've partnered with the best American made manufacturers, such as: Blue Ridge Chair Works, Duluth Pack, Sanborn Canoe Co, Hudson Sutler, L.I. Sounders, Dcoybrand, Bison Made Products, Natural Log Skateboards, Hella Slingshots, Navarro Canoe Co, Stabilicers, The Cordial Churchman, Tradlands and more.

WE HAVE A GOAL:

In 2013, it is our goal to become the most comprehensive online collection of premium American Made products. We strive to be the place you go to explore new products! And also, the place you go to connect with those existing, iconic American Brands you've come to know and love. A home for exceptional products, all designed to stand the test of time.

Emergency personal do their best to keep people comfortable, but the best course of action is to be entirely self-sufficient. If you find you have to evacuate to a shelter, you’ll be a lot more comfortable if you have everything you need for a few days. And, if you have to evacuate you probably won’t have a lot of time to gather supplies, which is why it’s a good idea to keep an old duffle or suitcase packed and ready with these 13 critical supplies in it or next to it:

Bedding – pillows, sleeping bags or a blanket.
Reclining lawn loungers – you may or may not get a cot. Reclining lawn loungers mean you’re off the (Cold? Hard? Wet? Nasty?) floor.
Rubber flip-flops – so you don’t have to walk barefoot, anywhere, ever.
Towels and washcloths – and don’t underestimate the utility of a new or very clean car-washing chamois for use as a towel!
Toilet paper – Take the cardboard tubes out and you can crush an entire package of toilet paper rolls into a single gallon Ziploc bag.
Comfort medicines – such as sleep aids and aspirin
Earplugs and an eye mask – Emergency shelters rarely shut off all the lights.
Entertainment – a deck of cards can keep you busy for days. And, a big, dull paperback like War and Peace or Moby Dick gets a lot more interesting when there’s nothing else to do.
Solar cell phone charger and earphones – if you can keep your smartphone charged you’ll have access to music and games, not to mention being findable by concerned loved ones!
Bicycle lock – Keep your duffle and your chair together in one place.
Emergency hand crank radio – don’t count on emergency personnel to keep everyone constantly updated.
Pets and pet supplies – Never leave your pets behind. Check back in the next post when we share a list of emergency items for pets.
Dehydrated meals – Yes, shelters likely provide food. But there’s no guarantee how much or what kind. If you forget to bring some pet food, keep in mind that Wise Company dehydrated meals come in small Mylar envelopes and don’t require anything but water to rehydrate and enjoy. And, they make excellent bartering tools! (We’ve heard our dehydrated fruit with caramel sauce will get you nearly anything you need when supplies are tight.)

W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company is an American manufacturer of premium, hand-crafted knives that are passed down for generations. Based in Bradford, Pennsylvania, Case's offerings cover a wide range of product categories, from traditional folding pocket knives and fixed blade sporting knives to limited production commemoratives and collectables.
The company's rich history began in 1889 when four brothers - William Russell (W.R.), Jean, John, and Andrew Case (a.k.a. The Case Brothers) began fashioning knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. W.R.'s son, John Russell (Russ) Case, a former salesman for the Case Brothers brand, launched W.R. Case & Sons around the turn of the 20th century. Russ's father acted as his son's consultant, helping to stabilize the company's early finances while building a reputation as a dependable supplier of high-quality cutlery.

Today, Case is owned by Zippo Manufacturing Company, makers of the world famous Zippo? windproof lighter, another family-owned business based in Bradford. The company's original knife concepts and manufacturing methods have been recognized with awards and features from major print publications, international trade organizations and events, broadcast television shows and major motion pictures.

A unique tang stamp dating system used since the very early days of its history has made the Case brand one of the world's favorite collectable brands. The Case Collectors Club, with 19,000 active members, is the largest known knife collecting association in the world.

Case's pioneering spirit is shown in several of its original knife patterns, like the CopperLock?, Baby Butterbean?, Cheetah? , Cheetah Cub?, Sod Buster?, XX-Changer?, Baby Doc, Kodiak Hunter?, Tiny Trapper, Mako?, RussLock?, Hunter Trapper, Tiny Muskrat, Jr. Scout, Sway Back Jack, Hobo?, and all-new BackPocket. Case's commitment to quality is evident in the 125 pairs of hands that it takes to create just one knife. Case knives start with carefully shaped handles made from a wide range of genuine materials like Brazilian cattle bone, stag antler, buffalo horn, mother-of-pearl, exotic woods and stones. Brass, nickel, and silver components highlight each form, bringing together knives that are not just beautiful, but able to stand the tests of time and use.

The brand's popularity is underscored by the knives it manufactures under licensing agreements with popular American icons like Boy Scouts of America?, Ducks Unlimited?, Elvis Presley?, John Deere?, John Wayne? (Wayne Enterprises), Johnny Cash and National Wild Turkey Federation.

Case knives are sold largely through an authorized dealer network of hardware and home improvement retailers, specialty cutlery shops, fashion and accessory shops, catalog retailers, and others. For more information about W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Co. call 800-523-6350 or visit wrcase.com.

XFactor Tackle is a family owned and operated business. We work as a family in the business and use it to teach our children the value of a dollar, the meaning and importance of hard work as well as the reality of Entrepreneurship in the USA. We are a Christian family and we understand and respect that not everyone we deal with is a Christian. With that said, we feel it is very important to point out that we strongly believe that this company would not be possible without the hand of God guiding us through the process. We don't plan on trying to be the BIGGEST fishing tackle manufacturer, just the BIGGEST little fishing tackle manufacturer. We make all of our soft plastic baits in house and we are very proud to say MADE IN THE USA on our products.

We are very blessed to have our business and we enjoy talking with people from all over the US, Canada and around the world. I (Jeff) am a fishing fanatic and love to fish the Rogue, Applegate and Umpqua Rivers any chance I get. While I will fish for anything that puts up a fight, Steelhead and Smallmouth Bass are on the top of the list.

Our Process

We don't have some giant factory with machines that spit out tons of product, instead we are a hands on company. Our Egg Clusters are a great example of hands on. All of our Egg Clusters are literally Hand Poured one egg cluster at a time. From there they are hand trimmed, hand sorted and finally hand packaged. While we fully understand that we could make some changes that would allow us to mass produce these baits, we feel that our hands on approach truly sets us apart from our competition.

Our Quality

Keeping things small and manageable has allowed us to fully oversee every single bait that we produce. We don't have an assembly line style facility, instead we literally touch and inspect every bait to insure that our customers are getting the quality that they deserve. We use the highest quality raw materials our industry has to offer. These raw materials are 100% Made in the USA. We rely on our quality to generate word of mouth business. This approach has allowed us to put less dollars into advertising and more into refining our products with the best materials known to man. While this approach will have investors laughing, the result has been an industry wide buzz about XFactor Tackle that has grown us from a best kept secret to a go to bait for fishing guides and weekend warriors.

Whether you are already a customer or thinking about trying our products we want to thank you for taking the time to visit our website. All phone calls go directly to a live person that actually knows about the products we make. Again, thank you for your time. We look forward to talking with you.

God Bless,

Jeff Warner

35 years ago is when you could say that the Zip-n-go Blanket? concept of our Outdoor Blanket, Stadium Blanket, or Waterproof Picnic Blanket started, if you ask my mom.... Ever since I was young I have always loved the outdoors, sunshine, nature, and mountains, but never loved the grass, dirt, wet ground, and bugs that came along with it. My mom would sit me on a blanket in the grass and she said I wouldn't ever go off the blanket. I didn't like the feel of grass and I still don't till this day!

Fast forward 27 years later I found myself with my son throwing a fit at the beach because he hated the feel of wet sand. My small beach towel wasn't doing the trick of keeping him or me off the wet sand and hence the Zip-n-go Blanket? came forth. I searched for the perfect Waterproof Outdoor Blanket, but the ones I found on the internet or at the stores were either too hard to fold, too small, had separate carrying cases or straps that I knew I would lose, never seemed to fit back in the original bag, or were cheaply made. I was looking for a high quality Waterproof Outdoor Blanket that could keep my son and I dry and clean, something I could zip up, carry on my shoulder as a tote bag, had no separate carrying case, and had some storage space to place snacks, water bottles, and keys, but couldn't find it.

I was on a mission and decided to see if my mom, who is an excellent seamstress, could make what I was looking for. After spending a year finding the best materials and designing prototypes my mother and I came up with the Zip-n-go Blanket?. It was important for us to keep production in America and that is why our blankets are made are now made in the heart of Indiana. We hope that customers will find this important too!

My husband and I have three handsome boys, Michael (8), Samuel (6), and Tucker (4) and a baby daugther name Isabella (born in 2013). We moved to Northern Idaho (Hayden, ID) in 2010 from Virginia Beach, VA . We are truly loving living in North Idaho with all its beauty it has to offer. As our business grows our primary goal will always remain the same, to provide a high quality product that makes life fun and a little easier, while making sure our customers are completely satisfied with our outdoor blankets and service! We look forward to offering additional blankets and products in the future. We also do Custom Large Orders for Corporations/Schools/Promotions with customized embroidery with your choice of fleece colors/styles.

Please email us or call us at 208-772-2022 for questions/quotes for Custom/Corporate Orders. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions please feel free to contact us anytime. We would love to hear from you!
