It all started with a muddy fly line. After a day fly fishing on the Little Blackfoot River in 2001, Darren Jones decided he needed a product that would not only clean his fly line, but protect his fingers. A few weeks and several prototypes later, he created Stripee, the first product for what would eventually become Alpine Innovations.
The company's next big break came in 2002 when Darren spilled mayo on his glasses. After an unsuccessful search for his ever-missing microfiber cloth, he knew he needed to invent a cloth that wouldn't get lost. With a little help from his wife and talented seamstress, Shellie, Spudz was born. Spudz helped put Alpine Innovations on the map, and the company has been creating innovative accessories for the eyewear, photography, electronics, and outdoor markets ever since.
Fast forward to 2013, and Darren is still looking for problems to solve. With 15 patents and over 25 unique products, Alpine Innovations continues to create products that solve everyday problems.

Where did CelJel come from?
We came up with the idea for CelJel about 2 years ago. At the time we were loving the amazing smart devices that came out on the market after the premier of the incredible iPhone in 2007 (and prior to that, the iPod). The idea was to design a holder that had stability but didn't require you to clamp the device in. We needed to be able to simply pick up the phone, music player, etc. and put it back down quickly and easily. As it turned out, the perfect holder would be one that was rubbery, soft, grippy and somewhat heavy to stay put on your desktop or counter.
The more apps and functionality that appeared on these smart devices, the more we wanted the option to set them down to enjoy the content. We spent a year working on shapes, angles and materials. Finally, after many clay test models and with the development of the Tech-Jel420 rubber formula, utilizing the purest grade of high-gravity silicone rubber, it had the weight and grip we needed. CelJel was born!

We are a proud family owned business located in Erie, Colorado. We design and make all our products and ship all over the USA.
Clear Choice Stands was founded in 2010 when we needed to solve a problem. We purchased our first iPhone and our two small children loved watching movies on it and we loved the peace and quite it offered us especially when we went out to dinner.
So we designed, patented, and produced an iPhone stand with sound deflectors so both children could hear their show at the same time. Other couples would stop and ask us, where did you get that. They were amazed on how our kids would sit quietly and we could visit. The rest is history.
We now focus on products that make like a little simpler everyday and make you smile.
