Brian Charles, Owner and President is a Juilliard trained double reed player and long-time professional musician and published composer. He founded Charles Double Reed Company in 1984, foxoboes.com in 2004, foxbassoons.com in 2005 and North Conway Music Center in 2008.
Jennifer is the strong voice and powerful intellect behind our daily operations, including computer, accounting, orders, and many other technical areas.
John Cotter administers our technical, behind-the-scenes actions and seemlessly merges his many talents into our inventory, shipping, phone and many other departments.

We work and live in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire, specifically the town of North Conway. Some of you may know this town as a great shopping Mecca, renowned for many brand name, tax-free outlets. Some know that this is the rock and ice climbing destination of choice on the East Coast. Others have rafted down the gentle Saco River, skied one of the 7 major resorts near us, hiked the National Forest trails or swam in the waterfalls.
